  • Shipping Disclaimer

    Please be sure to double check your address as On My Mind is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", On My Mind is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.

  • Where is my order? When will my order ship?

    Once your payment has gone through, you will receive a confirmation email. All packages will be sent via USPS, which is usually 1-3 business days. However, On My Mind is not responsible for delayed transit time once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times and what happens during transit when packages are handed over to mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with USPS.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently we are not shipping internationally.

  • Can I return or exchange?

    There are no exchange or refunds. All items are final sale. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Commissioned orders are final as well.

  • What if my item(s) arrive damaged?

    If your item(s) arrive damaged or broken, please note that On My Mind is not responsible for damaged products once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over what happens during transit when packages are handed over to mail carrier. Should your package arrive damaged, a claim will need to be filed with USPS.

    Please email me within 48 hours once package is received with your order number and I’ll follow up asking for a photo of the damaged piece, along with the box and packaging attached.
